The rich, dark fruit filling for Brickfields mince pies is packed with dried fruits, candied zest and steeped in brandy and stout by Batch Brewing Co.
Allspice, apple, brandy, butter, candied citrus peel, cinnamon, clove, cranberries, currants, dried fig, eggs, flour, glace ginger, lemon juice and zest, nutmeg, orange juice and zest, prunes, raisins, salt, stout, sugar.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Keep 3 days.
