Carrot, Orange & Pistachio Cake
Carrot cake flavoured with tahini and orange, textured with pistachio nut. Finished with honeyed cream cheese icing and garnished with pistachio nut, toasted sesame seed and candied citrus zest.
Baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, butter, candied citrus peel, carrot, cinnamon, clove, cream cheese, eggs, honey, nutmeg, orange juice and zest, pistachio, salt, sesame seed, sugar, tahini, vegetable oil, white spelt flour.
Store in fridge. Best eaten at room temperature. Consume within 3 days.
