Fruit Mince Pie
The rich, dark fruit filling for Brickfields mince pies is packed with dried fruits, candied zest and steeped not only with brandy but also with locally brewed Batch Brewing stout.
Allspice, apple, brandy, butter, candied citrus peel, cinnamon, clove, cranberries, currants, dried fig, eggs, flour, glace ginger, lemon juice and zest, nutmeg, orange juice and zest, prunes, raisins, salt, stout, sugar.
Store in an airtight container in a cool,dark place. Best eaten on day of purchase but will keep 3-4 days.
